The INTOSAI Task Force on Strategic Planning (TFSP) continues to develop the INTOSAI Strategic Plan for 2023-2028. The most recent quarterly staff-level meeting of the TFSP in December 2021 focused on the text and structure of the draft strategic plan, following the Governing Board’s approval of the content of the strategic plan and operational planning template. The TFSP would like to extend its appreciation to all INTOSAI members; the Policy, Finance, and Administration Committee (PFAC); and the Governing Board for their collective input on the draft strategic plan so far.
The TFSP has translated the plan into INTOSAI’s official languages and launched a feedback tool to collect comments from all INTOSAI members through April 22, 2022. In addition, the Task Force has begun to design the layout of the draft strategic plan and will share a revised draft with all INTOSAI members later this year. The TFSP plans to deliver a consensus strategic plan for adoption at the XXIV International Congress of Supreme Audit Institutions (INCOSAI) in November 2022.
Continued input from all INTOSAI members is welcome at any time by email at intosaisp@gao.gov.
